TICA is a nation wide tenancy database, used to help landlords make an informed decision about a potential new tenant.The information provided will include

1. Tenant History – otherwise known as the default database
2. International Watch List – screens for internationally known criminals
3. Public records database – Are there any tribunal matters linked with this person

Note: Members get two free searches per year with any additional searches being charged at the following rates:

1-3 searches @ 18.70 per search

4 or more searches @ 16.50 per search

Non members will be charged $30 per search

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive the results of the database search as soon as possible, but within 2 business days.

For the Landlords Association of S.A. INC to conduct the search, we will need to verify the identity of this person and ensure all the correct forms are signed.
