The attached letter is in response to an article in the Sunday Mail on the 6th of March 2016.
Landlords cannot be blamed if the government has paid out $8.2 million of taxpayers’ money for breaches committed by tenants.
Any bond money, including a Housing SA bond, will not be released unless a landlord can substantiate their claim.
