Our mission is to advocate for the rights and interests of all landlords in SA to create a balanced and fair rental environment while serving as a dedicated voice and direct support network for our members.
About Our Association
The Landlords' Association (S.A.) Inc. is a non-profit organisation of people who own or have an interest in residential investment property. The association was formed in 1977 by a group of landlords to exchange information and represent the views of landlords. The association is administered by a Member Elected Committee that meets regularly.
The Landlords' Association (S.A.) Inc. has a strong commitment to promoting member awareness of legislative changes and continues to make representations to Parliament. Furthermore, the association assists members with their day-to-day tenancy matters.
In an increasingly complex world, it is good to know that a resource like our organisation is available. Liaise and talk to people who have similar interests, worries, and tasks to perform like you. Some of these people have decades of experience they are willing to share, and the collective knowledge base is enormous.
